TheJoyCart offers two types of products:

*Digital Downloads: All digital music purchases are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email. No shipping fees apply.*

Physical Products: Physical products are dropshipped and typically arrive within 2–5 business days within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all physical orders in the US.

Some specialty or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

UPDATED RETURN & REFUND POLICY

*Digital Downloads: All digital music sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resend your link.*

*Physical Products: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for physical items in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.*
